Privacy Notice

Account information (email address, hashed credentials), usage records (generation jobs, API calls, credit movements), material you upload and results you generate, and the basic logs security requires.

Basic use of the service does not require your real name or an identity document. Age confirmation records a boolean result and the policy version it was made against; no document is stored.

To provide and bill the service, to keep it safe, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Generation jobs are processed by third-party AI model providers; only the content necessary to complete the job is transmitted.

Data is held on encrypted cloud infrastructure with least-privilege access control; sensitive credentials are stored salted-and-hashed or sealed under encryption.

Results stay in your private library by default and are not made public by any internal use of ours.

We retain data for as long as the service and the law require; after account deletion, personal data is deleted or anonymised within a reasonable period.

Records we are required to keep, such as transaction history and security events, are retained for their statutory period.

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or raise any privacy question, at admin@tafei.ai.
