Terms of Service

Open AIav is operated by TAFEI ENTERPRISE PTE. LTD., a Singapore-registered company, UEN 201841823R, registered at 60 PAYA LEBAR ROAD, #05-01, PAYA LEBAR SQUARE, SINGAPORE 409051. It provides AI image and short-video generation and related APIs to users aged 18 or above.

By registering or using the service you confirm you are at least 18 years old and agree to these Terms, the Privacy Notice and the Safety Policy.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials and API keys secure; activity under your account or keys is your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or the law; you may stop using the service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Each product's prices, billing units and purchased benefits are specified in the order information shown before payment. Studio uses Credits; the API platform uses the balance and billing rules shown in its account. Balances, Credits and plan benefits are not promised to transfer between products. Generation charges follow the quote shown before confirmation.

Credits are a prepaid virtual balance. They are not a deposit or currency and they bear no interest.

Products currently available for purchase are digital services, with no physical shipping. After payment confirmation, purchased balances, Credits or plan benefits are provided through the corresponding product account, under the delivery conditions shown on the order page. If payment succeeds but benefits do not appear, contact admin@tafei.ai with the order number; do not pay again or send full card details. Products in development or at concept stage are not represented as available to buy.

Where a generation job fails for a platform or model reason, the credits deducted are returned to the account automatically, with no request needed.

Once credits are purchased they are not, as a rule, refunded to the original payment method. For duplicate charges, payment faults and similar cases, contact us within 7 days and we will investigate. Where an account is terminated for breach of the Safety Policy, remaining credits are not refunded.

This section does not affect mandatory rights you hold under applicable law. For refund requests and disputes contact admin@tafei.ai; we reply within 7 business days.

Material you upload must be owned by you or lawfully licensed to you. Results are yours to use as far as the law allows; the platform retains the processing and storage rights necessary to provide the service.

Prohibited content and the limits of use are set out in the Safety Policy. We may remove content and act on the account of anyone who breaches it.

AI output is inherently uncertain. We make no warranty as to the accuracy or fitness of generated content; the service is provided "as is".

To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss, and our total liability for direct loss is limited to the amount you actually paid in the preceding twelve months.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes arising from them fall to the Singapore courts.
